Since 2012, I have served 34 clients of whom the majority are women- or minority-owned, completed 46 projects, managed over $48M in revenue, and have facilitated a company sale to an ESOP.

what i do.
Start-up business and technical advising; interim financial leadership and business management; money-health check-ups; full-service money-management (including bookkeeping); financial infrastructure setup; succession planning; personal business advising; cheerleading; and business therapy (joking, not joking).
Businesses are privately-owned, not looking to do an IPO (at least intentionally) and range in revenue size of $100k - millions.
All work is conducted virtually. As such, systems and processes are built to be paperless, efficient, and simple. Clients are comfortable with technology.

I am Lauren Lizardo. I am a storyteller, data-lover, and money boss. In 2014, I moved into a nameless travel trailer. I have lived and worked from the road since.
